Terms of Service

Last updated: 15 July 2026

These Terms of Service govern purchases from and use of the SafeVault online store at safevault.store (the “Store”). The Store is operated by OÜ CryptoTech, registry code 14725379, VAT number EE102373619, registered in Estonia at Vana-Tartu mnt 79a, Peetri alevik, 75312 Rae vald, Harju maakond, Estonia (“SafeVault”, “we”, “us”). By placing an order or using the Store, you agree to these Terms. Mandatory consumer rights under applicable law remain unaffected.

1. Store and products

We sell physical hardware wallets and related accessories. Product descriptions, images, compatibility information and availability are provided in good faith. Screen colours and packaging may vary, and manufacturers may change software, supported assets or specifications. If an error materially affects an order, we will contact you before fulfilment and offer correction or cancellation.

Brand names and model names such as Tangem, Ledger and Trezor belong to their respective owners. Unless expressly stated on a product page, SafeVault is an independent retailer and does not claim ownership of third-party trademarks.

2. Hardware wallets and self-custody

A hardware wallet is a tool for self-custody. SafeVault does not hold cryptocurrency for you, does not control your private keys and cannot recover a lost recovery phrase, PIN, password or access credential. Never share a recovery phrase or private key with SafeVault, a delivery provider or anyone claiming to provide support.

You are responsible for following the manufacturer’s setup instructions, verifying software sources, maintaining secure backups and checking compatibility before transferring assets. No hardware or security measure can eliminate every risk. We do not provide financial, investment, tax or legal advice, and we do not promise that a product will prevent every loss, theft, phishing attempt, user error, software defect or third-party failure.

3. Eligibility and acceptable use

You must have legal capacity to enter into a contract and must provide accurate billing, delivery and contact information. You may not use the Store for unlawful, fraudulent or abusive activity, interfere with its operation, attempt unauthorised access, introduce malicious code or infringe the rights of others.

4. Prices, VAT and payment

Prices are shown in the currency displayed at checkout. For the active EU markets, displayed prices include applicable VAT unless stated otherwise. Delivery charges and any other applicable amounts are shown before you submit the order.

Payments are processed through Shopify and the payment provider offered at checkout. The provider’s own terms and privacy notice may also apply. We do not store full payment-card details. An order is not accepted merely because a payment attempt was initiated.

5. Orders

After you place an order, Shopify sends an acknowledgement to the email address you provided. We may reject or cancel an order before fulfilment for legitimate reasons, including product unavailability, an obvious pricing error, suspected fraud, delivery restrictions or inability to confirm payment. If we cancel a paid order, we will refund the amount received using the original payment method.
