Please send complaints to info@safevault.ee. We will try to resolve them directly. Consumers may also contact the Estonian Consumer Disputes Committee through the Consumer Protection and Technical Regulatory Authority (TTJA): ttja.ee/en/consumer-disputes-committee. Mandatory rights to use a competent court or another available dispute-resolution body are unaffected.

Information about hardware wallets

SafeVault sells physical hardware wallets and accessories. We do not provide cryptocurrency custody, exchange, brokerage or investment advice. We never need your recovery phrase or private keys. Product information is intended to help customers compare physical goods and does not promise absolute security, guaranteed protection of funds or immunity from loss.

Intellectual property and third-party brands

SafeVault’s original website content and branding are protected by applicable law. Tangem, Ledger, Trezor, Shopify and other names, logos and model names are trademarks of their respective owners. Their appearance identifies compatible or offered products and does not transfer ownership of those marks to OÜ CryptoTech.

We take reasonable care to keep the website accurate. Manufacturer specifications, supported cryptocurrencies, applications and third-party services can change. Customers should verify current compatibility with official manufacturer documentation before use.
